FSD is specifically available to our clients in private, one-on-one sessions.
Your Personal Fitness Program Includes:
- One on One Personal Training Sessions with a certified and qualified fitness specialist
- Individualized Strength, Cardio and Flexibility Program to achieve maximum results and improve energy
- Nutritional Guidance to ensure healthy eating habits in conjunction with your fitness program will facilitate desired results
- "Before and After" Fitness Assessments so you can measure your progress and make continuous improvement
- Unlimited E-mail + Phone Coaching to keep you motivated and make sure you stay on track

- Six Sessions (one per week for six weeks)
- Fifteen Session Card (at client's pace)
- Three months (up to three sessions per week)
